How can I place an order?
You can place an order through our website checkout system, or through a message on Instagram. Payment is currently ‘cash on delivery’. Online payments will be integrated soon.
How long does the delivery process take?
Within 4 to 12 business days!
What is your return/exchange policy?
You can return (for store credit) or exchange our non-faulty products for up to 14 days, as long as the product is in the exact same condition as delivered and repackaged. Products that have been installed cannot be returned or exchanged (assuming they’re not faulty). The return/exchange fee is merely the shipping fee and the difference in price, if any.
What if I receive a faulty product?
